Requirements: Driver Requirements: Drivers must be 21+ years or older with a valid driver’s license and a credit card. Passenger Requirements: Passengers must be at least 12 years old. Damage Deposit: A $1,000 damage deposit is required via credit card authorization. Renter Responsibilities: Operator is responsible for gas, oil, taxes, and any repairs or damages incurred during the rental. Reservation Fee: A $50 reservation fee is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward rental fees. Fuel Policy: UTVs are delivered with a full tank of gas and must be returned full. Waivers: All passengers must be present at the time of rental to sign waivers. Safety Gear: Drivers and passengers are required to wear helmets, eye protection, and seat belts at all times. Helmets are provided free of charge.
