What is a quote?
A quote is a formal price proposal you send to a prospective renter. When the customer accepts the quote, it converts automatically into a confirmed booking.
Creating a quote Go to Quotes in the sidebar. Click + New Quote. Fill in: Customer email Listing and dates Optional discounts or custom pricing notes Click Send Quote.
The customer receives a professional email with the quote details and an Accept Quote button.
Quote statuses

Quote expiry
Set an expiry date on each quote. If the customer doesn't accept by that date, the quote expires automatically and the dates are freed up.
FAQ
Q: Can I edit a quote after sending it?
A: You can create a new revised quote. Editing a sent quote is not supported to preserve an audit trail.
Q: Is the quote price binding?
A: The accepted quote price is honoured when the booking is created.
