Overview
Promo codes let customers apply a discount at checkout. You control the discount type, amount, usage limit, and expiry date.
Creating a promo code Go to Promo Codes in the sidebar. Click + New Code. Fill in: Code — the string customers type (e.g. SUMMER20) Discount type — Percentage (%) or Fixed amount ($) Discount value — e.g. 20 for 20% off, or 15 for $15 off Minimum booking value — optional; code only valid if booking exceeds this amount Usage limit — optional; total number of times this code can be used Expiry date — optional; code stops working after this date Click Create Code.
Applying at checkout
Customers enter the promo code in the Promo Code field on the booking summary page. The discount is applied immediately and shown in the price breakdown.
Tracking usage
The Promo Codes list shows the current usage count next to each code. Click a code to see which bookings it was applied to.
FAQ
Q: Can a customer use more than one code per booking?
A: No — only one promo code can be applied per booking.
Q: Does the promo code discount apply before or after the platform fee?
A: The discount is applied to the base rental amount first, then the platform fee is calculated on the discounted total.
Q: Can I disable a code without deleting it?
A: Yes — toggle the code's Active status off.
