Edit, duplicate, deactivate, and organise your rental equipment listings.

The Listings list view
Go to Listings in the sidebar to see all your equipment. Each row shows: Thumbnail, title, and category Pricing Status badge (Active / Draft / Inactive) Total booking count
Click any listing to open the detail view.
Listing statuses

Editing a listing
From the listing detail page, click Edit Listing to open the edit form. All fields are editable — changes save immediately.
Blocking dates
From the listing detail page, scroll to Availability. Select a date range on the calendar and optionally add a reason (e.g. "Annual maintenance"), then click Block These Dates. Blocked dates appear red on the customer-facing booking calendar and cannot be booked.
To remove a block, click the X next to any blocked period.
Listing rules
Click the Rules tab on a listing to set: Minimum rental days Maximum rental days Advance booking notice (hours) Same-day return allowed? Seasonal restrictions
Embed codes
Each listing has a Widget Embed Code (found under the listing's Embed tab). Paste this snippet into any external website to show a live booking widget for that specific listing.
FAQ
Q: Why isn't my listing showing on the storefront?
A: Check that the listing status is Active and your storefront is also set to Active in Settings.
Q: Can I reorder how listings appear?
A: Listings are shown newest first by default. Category filtering helps customers find items.
