Listing Embed Widget

Overview

Every listing has a shareable embed widget — a small iframe snippet you can paste into any website (Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, a plain HTML page) to show a live booking card for that specific item.

Getting the embed code Open a listing in your admin dashboard. Click the Embed tab. Copy the / snippet shown. Paste it into your external website's HTML.

What the widget shows

The embed widget displays a side-by-side card with: Item photo (left) Title, price, location, condition, and description (right) Book Now button that opens the full booking flow in a new tab View full details link to the listing page on your storefront

The widget is fully responsive and uses your brand's primary colour for the button.

Customising the widget size

The embed code creates an with a default size. You can override the and attributes in the HTML snippet to fit your page layout. The widget adapts to any container width above 300 px.

A: Yes — the widget fetches live data from your OutdoorShare account. Price and availability changes are reflected immediately.

A: No — clicking Book Now opens the full booking flow on your OutdoorShare storefront in a new tab. The payment is completed there.
