Creating a Booking Manually
Create a booking directly in the admin without going through the storefront.

When to use manual bookings A customer calls or walks in and you want to register the booking immediately You want to block dates for a private reservation You're migrating existing bookings from another system
Steps Go to Bookings in the sidebar. Click + New Booking. Select the listing and (optionally) the specific unit. Enter the customer's email address. If they don't have an account yet, one is created automatically. Set the rental start and end dates. Choose whether to charge a deposit. Add any custom notes. Click Create Booking.
The booking is created in Confirmed status. The customer receives a confirmation email.
Payment for manual bookings
Manual bookings can be: Paid online — the customer receives a payment link by email Marked as paid offline — if you collected cash or processed payment externally

Q: Can I create a booking for a date that's already blocked?
A: Admin-created bookings can override blocked dates. A warning is shown if dates conflict with an existing booking.
Q: Will the customer receive an email when I create a manual booking?
A: Yes — a confirmation email is sent to the customer's email address automatically.
